Pregnancy is one of the most powerful transformations your body and spirit will experience. My prenatal yoga classes are designed to prepare you both physically and emotionally for birth, while giving you space to relax, connect, and feel supported during this wild, beautiful, and unique time.
Together we’ll weave meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and asana (movement) to build strength and trust in your body while easing anxiety and releasing fear around birth. Prenatal yoga helps ease back pain, improve circulation, reduce swelling, and support restful sleep. Each class is a space to care for yourself and feel good in your changing body.
This is not just preparation for labor—it’s preparation for surrender, resilience, and the beauty of becoming a mother. Prenatal yoga encourages trust in your body and its deep wisdom that already knows how to birth.

Whether you’re easing common pregnancy aches and pains, preparing your mind and body for birth, or simply craving a moment of calm in your week, these classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are and to help you feel strong, centered, and supported as you prepare for your baby’s arrival.
All you need is a yoga mat, a quiet space, and an open heart. Props are welcome but not required—pillows and blankets work beautifully too.
