Jessica’s prenatal class prepares you emotionally + physically for birth. With the intuitive wisdom of your body as your guide, we will use meditation, pranayama, & asanas to deepen your connection with yourself and your baby. As we focus on body awareness and nourishing breath, we will flow between a balance of yang & yin: increasing strength + stamina with relaxation + letting go. Jessica provides a warm and nurturing environment, emphasizing laughter and compassion during this wild, beautiful and unique time. Connect to your baby, trust your body and love yourself.
Kids & Family Yoga
(ages 18 months - 6 years old)
Family yoga is a fun and playful way to move together mindfully through song, Sanskrit, even sometimes - silliness. Developmentally appropriate yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child for all ages. Laughter & love fill each class and family's are inspired to connect and move together on the mat & at home.

Yoga is a sacred return to yourself.
I offer practices designed to meet you exactly where you are.
All you need is a yoga mat, a quiet space, and an open heart. Props are welcome but not required—pillows and blankets work beautifully too.
