About Jessica Botello
Jessica Botello has been teaching yoga since 2011, having studied Kundalini Tantra Yoga with Kamakhya Devi, Psalm Isadora, including Primal Core Yoga. She was introduced to the Sri Vidya Tantra lineage of Psalm's Guru, Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati, and began a life changing journey of healing and transformation through yoga and tantra. Jessica studied and worked with Psalm for several years, becoming her lead trainer for OYoga, a women's centered yoga and tantra practice for more vibrant, connected, and healthy sexuality.
Jessica's passion for working with women for greater empowerment continued as an instructor with S Factor, teaching feminine movement and sensuality. There she was part of a select group of teachers working closely with the founder in the Apprentice/Protege mentorship program - leading retreats, workshops, and special events.
After becoming a DONA International trained birth doula, Jessica trained and certified in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga with the Yoga Education Institute. She offers nurturing and support for women to cultivate compassion for themselves and trust in their bodies in her Prenatal classes. Her Postnatal classes encourage women to tap into their inner strength as mothers while re-building their physical core strength and pelvic floor stability, and of course, engaging and playing with their little ones.
From birth and babies, it was natural next step to train and work as one of the lead teachers for Zooga Yoga for Kids. She is experienced working with children with specials needs including Autism, helping them develop coping skills and emotional regulation. With a background of drama, improv, and dance, Jessica's classes utilize creativity and spontaneity to engage kids in a fun-filled environment and support positive behavior, while improving their strength, flexibility and coordination. As a Kid's and Family Yoga instructor, she has worked with hundreds of families to lead healthier and happier lives.
Most recently, Jessica has expanded her classes to include Fertility Yoga, offering a yoga class sanctuary for women to improve their reproductive health and wellness. Whether facing painful periods or desiring to conceive, Fertility Yoga helps to restore the power of the mind-body connection; reducing stress and anxiety; and creating a positive self image with a renewed sense of sexuality and feminine wholeness.
Jessica also works with individuals in private sessions in the comfort of their own homes, ranging from rehabilitation after injury or surgery, improving overall wellness, healing after the loss of a loved one, and learning the fundamental of yoga.
