Women’s bodies are cyclical, responsive, and deeply intuitive. Yet most yoga spaces were not created with female physiology in mind. In this class, movement is intentionally sequenced to support hormonal balance, protect the pelvic bowl, and regulate the nervous system rather than pushing into depletion or burnout. We build strength with integrity, cultivate steadiness through breath, and create space for renewal so your body feels supported, not strained.

Why Learn with Jessica?
As a birth doula, I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful it is when a woman feels connected to her body. As a yoga teacher specializing in women’s wellness, I understand how deeply stress and emotion live in the nervous system and pelvic center. As a Siwa Murti energy healer, I’ve supported women through multiple life stages including fertility, pregnancy & postpartum, recovery after loss, perimenopause & menopause, and beyond.
This class integrates practical anatomical knowledge with embodied wisdom, so you feel supported physically, emotionally, and energetically.
We are not just stretching or doing kegels. We’re rebuilding our relationship with ourselves.
